I've worn these ballcaps for years and no negatives come to mind. I get about a solid year of use hiking daily in the Arizona sun. Typically holds size adjustment for the life of the hat without issue.

The embroidery is fine, looks professional. Zazzle didn't offer a thin enough font for my desire but it came out perfect when I included thin font in my artwork.

The shirt is high quality and embroidered cross is well done.

Well made item of beautiful quality. You get what you pay for. Much better then the poorly constructed trucker hats sold here! Well worth the upgrade!!!!

The hat itself is very nice. The adjustable strap makes it fit most head sizes.

I was concerned about how the embroidery would look. It was spaced perfectly and done very professionally.

Zazzle had an OM symbol but it was not the one I wanted. I worked with Andrea until we got the perfect symbol and I'm so pleased with the results.

The embroidery is perfect. The gold threads on the black is amazing. Well done!

The embroidery is perfect, they have been washed a couple of times and are still in great shape.

The quality of the hat is excellent. My husband and I bought a sailboat last year and we are currently learning how to sail. The name of the boat is Silly Sailor. These hats are perfect because I was able to choose the colors, the fonts and the wording. I bought this one for Father's Day for my husband, but I of course had to buy a first mate hat for myself. Zazzle did a perfect job!!

The material was very nice and the hat was quite well made. I was concerned that it might be too small. I usually have to put baseball caps on the last notch, but it fit perfectly. It is now my favorite cap. As intended, it generates questions, and gvbes me the opportunity to talk about my Chevrah Kadisha.

The item came as described. Nice quality cap material and adjustable, nice fit. The embroidery was great but wished the personalized name was a little bit larger as the word Captain. Too tiny (person’s name and name of boat). Otherwise, very nice.

Embroidery was nice would have preferred the name of the captain (Mark) and vessel name (Summer Breeze) was a little bit larger.

The quality of the hat is superb. The material is strong and sturdy. The stitching is also extremely strong.

The words "Legal Rebel" are clear and level.

The blue on this hat was bright blue, which I thought was odd, considering the color on the computer projected a darker blue when I ordered it. I ordered this hat for the summer time, but I don't really wear hats and thought this would be nice for my business, but it just isn't my style. Nice hat, just not for me.

Very comfy and soft...I got a medium and it is perfect size, since I wear another shirt under it.

Embroidery was nice, but wishing I had not chosen a dark color for jacket as make is harder to see the ears of the donkey. But that is on me...

I ordered a custom embroidered hat a few years ago from Zazzle and loved the quality and fit. And now after creating a new design, I knew I wanted to show it off on another hat. Again, the fit is great and and it arrived on time!
