I was not familiar with how to load the photos and arranging them so once I had them loaded I chose not to make any changes in case it sent me back to "start over". If I remember correctly, I was only able to load one photo at a time.

PACKAGING COMPLETELY WRECKED THE SIGN. IT WAS SHIPPED IN A TRIANGLE BOX WITH THE UNPROTECTED PAPER ROLLED. A CARDBOARD TUBE COULD HAVE BEEN USED TO WRAP THE SIGN AND PROTECT IT. WE LEAVE FOR MY WEDDING IN 1 WEEK, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?

I bought this blanket as a throw for my mom on Valentines Day. The pictures were of her two deceased cats and mom’s wedding picture. She really misses my dad and treasures her wedding picture. All she could say when it arrived was ‘ I don’t know what to say. I love it. ‘.

The wedding picture was a little dark but I think it’s because the photo is not bright. The cat pictures were perfect.
