never received the order

I didn't get what was described in the description of product.

The print is beautiful! This is exactly the image of this lighthouse I wanted for my condo on Lake Erie. Love this lighthouse and this canvas print is better than I expected! It came packaged well , fast and without a scratch. Will order with Zazzle again! Thank you.

Order was estimated to be delivered today and has yet arrived. This was supposed to be to be a gift. Not here when they said it would be delivered Very unhappy. Don’t recommend.

the design is as I created it, but this product itself is extremely thin, with no coutour. unlike most plate covers. I feel it will bend very easily as a result.

Thought it would be more vivid colors and heavier material.

I have ordered these before and they came out amazing. But this time they were very disappointing. They were cut uneven. I had to fix them. It just looked like they rushed through the order. This is the first time ever that I was disappointed w an order from dazzle.

It’s exactly as described. I would have liked to have had the option of having this in a foam board material.

The poster is made of a high quality paper and the colors are accurately depicted. Highly recommend!

This has not been received and a replacement was promised but has also not been received. Horrible customer service. No ability to talk with anyone in person and emails aren’t responded to in a timely manner. What the heck happened to this company. They use to be reliable. Never again! I’m not only out the cost of the print I ordered (you can’t return something that was never received) but I’m stuck with a 20x20 inch new frame that can’t be returned.

Exactly what was advertised. Quality is actually better than expected because I trust hardly anything but this is great and cant wait to supply this gift for a very special person.

Looked good. Just didn't like that it being a backdrop, it didn't have the slot to put through pole. Had to use clamps, which is harder to cover up.

Never received. Stuck in shipping status. Was supposed to be Christmas present, but not sent.

Ordered dec 8th was supposed to be here dec 14th and still no package or date of arrival and it’s already past my Christmas party I was supposed to take it too.

It never arrived. Order history says it was delivered but still I have nothing. It has already gotten lost once and was replaced. I would like a refund at this point.

Easy to update seating chart. Just make sure you get the correct type- we accidently ordered paper instead of poster board.
