This is the 5th or 6th blanket I have created through Zazzle, and I’ve about the same amount of pillows, all as gifts! I can’t say enough about the quality and the customer service experience. My only and MAJOR complaint and disappointment is that the personal message I write has NEVER been included with the item!!! I have spoken at length with the representatives, they see the message and assure me it will be included, but never is! So therefore the recipients have no idea who is sending this beautiful, thoughtful gift! I’m hoping the person/department in charge of overseeing and completing orders sees this review and makes the necessary adjustments to be sure gift messages are included in the package!!! The messages are personal to the recipients and MUST be included. This is the only reason I cannot give Zazzle 5 stars, it just is an ongoing issue since my first order of at least 5 years ago!

This was perfect as a welcome sign. I purchased a 24x36 Basic Black Poster Frame and Easel (Both from Walmart) and put the sign in the doorway.

I was floored when I saw the condition of the package! USPS had a field day batting it around. I was super surprised that the picture was intact. The packing itself could've been better too, maybe styrofoam?

It was great to be able to design my own license plate frame with a positive message. The first one I received had a bend in it. They remade it for me and I asked they put it in a layer of bubble wrap before putting in the cardboard envelope. It arrived in perfect shape.

This poster came out beautiful. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the individual date boxes could have been resized larger to accommodate the bigger size of the poster.
