Love this sweatshirt. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and it layers perfectly for cooler Aspen nights. The “Truffle Fries, Aspen, CO” design is such a clever inside joke. Anyone who knows Aspen instantly gets it and it always sparks a laugh or conversation. The fit is true to size with a relaxed feel that works for après ski, casual weekends, or lounging at home. A fun and unique piece that always gets compliments.

These we SO beautiful in the photos. A bit disappointed when we received them, though - I thought that the pearls were actually fake pearls attached - they are nothing but white polka dots. Not even depth to the coloring to give them dimensionality, making them at least look like a pearl.

I spent a lot of time in Photoshop to get my image to blend into the background of the t-shirt. As you can see, Zazzle told me I had gotten it pretty close, with the image being just a tiny bit darker than the shirt. However, when the shirt arrived the image was far lighter than the shirt, totally unlike how it looked on the website, and did not blend at all the way I had been shown. Be warned that the custom print t-shirt designer is deceptive and does not accurately display how images will look in the final product.

I love the shirt fabric— lighter in weight and soft. But the graphic on the back was not centered or straight. My second one from the same order looked better. Still wore it for the event but if I order another one or two would you please try to center it a little better and make it straighter?

The service was good. I wasn't clear on the return process. The color was darker than expected( which may have been my fault by the way). But I haven't wore the shirt yet, how do I return it?

Very thin material was unexpected but actually quite comfortable given climate change!

This shirt was a custom order from my boss who plays pickleball and wanted to pair it with her Hot Pink skort. It was my gift for her birthday. The shirt was delivered two days before the event, and it came out VERY MUTED. The color received was literally 50% of the pink that I designed it with. Unfortunately I can't ask her to give it to me to return. I wish I had taken a pic of it. She was not pleased, and I was not happy!!

There was a mistake in the printing. I reported it, but never refunded for their mistake. I had to do it over, and order another.

The design is very nice BUT the quality of the shirt is not. It is stiff and itchy even after I washed it. It feels like wearing a burlap sack.

I was very nervous about this order because I couldn't tell exactly how it would look from the previews. Ultimately after several pauses in processing I got what I needed in the nick of time. However there was no way for me to see that my font on one page was different from the others and that the sizes of the picture boxes were not the same. I would have aligned them better had I been able to see that ahead of time. With that said, customer service really helped me out a lot of the other pieces that I could not see in the preview. They assured me that changes that I made were done. I couldn't be sure, because of the way some of the background pages separated from the content pages. I would hope that there would be alerts or notifications that some parts are not aligned in the future and that I could see the actual copy in a preview that looks exactly the way it will come. I ordered one sample early on in the process to confirm the paper stock, but I was in the dark about changes that came afterwards. The bottom line is that it was a learning curve for me and the end product looked as I hoped it would, minus 3 minor things that I did and would have changed if I had seen them. However the customer service chat reps really Helped me a lot. So 5 stars on Customer Service.
