I recently purchased 16 tee shirts for a family reunion. We were extremely pleased with the quality and price of he shirts, however the ones we ordered in the "fitted woman's" size were way too small, even though I ordered a size larger than usual. I contacted Zazzle via phone and they exchanged all 4 shirts at no cost to me....even covered shipping both ways. The return process was quick and easy. I am SO IMPRESSED with the return process and policy. Never be afraid to order from this company...I will continue to use them for any personalized products for the future.

Happy to find this sweatshirt. The gift recipient really likes this sweatshirt which is great. It is a nice way to honor Christmas at the Kansas City plaza. For any of us who’ve enjoyed Christmastime at the Plaza this is a lovely, cheery reminder.
