Logo was blurry, could not read the words within the logo when printed.

Talked to chat person, she was very nice and refunded my order due to mistake. I really wish they could have just helped me change first order. Trying to create another. There should be a place in order where you could add instructions. I would really like item if it could be corrected

The sweatshirts are HUGE and very boxy. Does not look like a women's cut. We were planning to give custom sweatshirts to our nieces for Christmas, but they are too big for everyone.
