The image did not come out as expected. Blurry and discolored.

I received this item a lot later than I was supposed to receive it. Not pleased.

I’ve been ordering custom shirts from you for a year now, with my paintings on them. I was highly disappointed in the color quality as it was red and it looked washed out. The design printed well on the oven mitt and pot holder, keeping its bold red color. It made a great gift.

I had an issue with a shirt lost in delivery but when I emailed about it I had a response the next day and a new shirt was immediately sent to me.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for friend and she loved it! The oven mitts are high quality as well as the image and personalized text.

Great design however the print is faded. Looks as though it’s been washed 50 times over. The black is faded and doesn’t look new at all.

As expected. As expected

Product was decent. However, the custom design feature was not as user friendly as other sites have used. I had trouble just filling in the text on the template. I couldn’t get the text centered. This picture was not centered, and every time I tried to fix, it would “reset” and I would have to start all over again. I reduced d the design 4 times and still couldn’t get it right. I was running out of time and patience and not in a position to contact support. I submitted the design hoping there would be some kind of quality check and problems would be seen and fixed or at least some one would contact me. They didn’t. The shirt came with the picture off center and partly overlapping the text. I saw that I could have sent it back but it was a Christmas gift and I knew I probably couldn’t have gotten it back in time. It is just frustrating! If you have a template, the template should be centered and the text ought to fill in as shown on the template. I should not have had to try to re-create the curve that was shown on the text template!

I usually wear a small- j gave now ordered a medium and a large and I just can’t get this shirt to fit large enough!!! Ugh!!

This was suppose to be an adult S, but I received an adult XL. I reached out to customer service requesting an overnighted replacement. No response. I ordered these shirts in time for Christmas delivery. The error in size was not my fault and this was a gift for my nephew. I heard back from customer service and was told to upload pics of the shirt and size, which I did. Still nothing in the overnight shipping. Zazzle reached out offering to replace it for free, which I accepted, but no one from Zazzle has responded back so I have no idea if I will receive the correct shirt or a refund.
