I'm thrilled that the printing is so soft and perfectly part of the fabric. I hate t-shirt where the printing feels like plastic. Fantastic color and detail.

Shirt emblem was good. But the material was a little thin and when I put on the shirt, the neck area feels like the front is the back. and the back is the front around neck area. I made sure I had it on right and I did. Both seem that way . Thank you.

The image was not straight. Tilts to the left. I expected more accuracy from Zazzle. I will give them another chance, but I’m a little disappointed with this one.

Are you kidding me? This and everything I ordered this month showed up in the worst quality where you couldn’t even see the picture so I had to tell the person I was getting their gift “replaced” and you guys CANCELLED MY REPLACEMENT!!!!! I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN! I’m making a long story short but you all need some quality control!

I’m extremely disappointed with Zazzle’s service. I placed an order for two shirts, and without any warning, notification, or explanation, they canceled one of them. I wasn’t informed by email, text—nothing. I only found out when my order arrived and only one shirt showed up, even though I needed both. This is unacceptable. If an item is canceled, customers should be clearly notified and given an explanation. Instead, I was left confused and frustrated, with no communication from Zazzle at all. This caused a real inconvenience, especially since the shirts were needed for a specific purpose. Poor communication and lack of transparency like this makes it very hard to trust ordering from Zazzle again.

I paid an extra $50 to get here by the 18th, and now it says delivery is the 23rd. If you can't meet the deadline, don't make the offer.

The image is not centered on the shirt. It is hard to believe that this wasn't caught and redone. Not very good quality control.

Great quality shirt and print. Colors look great.

The colors of the image on the white shirt were not vibrant. Almost appeared as if the print had faded as a result of being washed 100 times. Disappointing.

I'm very unhappy that the sample background of the picture was printed on this shirt. The sweatshirt I ordered was perfect, this long sleeve t shirt is not acceptable.

The shipping service (Purolator) is the worst ever. My expected arrival date is the 11th and currently (18th) my package is stuck at a sorting facility for a week now and there are no signs of movement. There doesn't seem any chance of getting my item in time for Christmas (2 weeks past the expected arrival date. I have tried to contact Zazzle and Purolator and they both claim there is nothing that can be done. This is poor business customer service as to not care about their customers. The appropriate answer would be to re-ship with a different carrier. Disappointed Customer!
