Invitation was beautiful. Got lots of positive comments BUT all of the wording in the invite did not appear on the final product. I’m assuming that there was not room but I didn’t receive notification that was an issue. Attached is what I ordered and what I received.

I sent a message to customer Service before this order was complete. Before the shirts were made and asked for a refund. Because they are miss printed. Yet they proceeded to complete the order any way. I would like to return the shirts after they arive and get a full refund on them. The order should not have been processed. There needs to be a way to contact customer service directly to prevent this issue.

The shirt is cute, quality is as expected, shipping was fine however the print job wasn’t the best.. some of the letters/design were smeared.. example in photo.. there were a few spots this way.

I wish I could leave zero stars. The custom cups I ordered arrived with defects, and even though I was promised replacements, they were never made or shipped. My wedding is in just two days, and I still have no update on whether they even attempted to remake them. While I was told I would receive a refund, that doesn’t fix the fact that I now have to scramble to find plain, non-custom cups for my wedding. Very disappointing experience—I would not recommend, especially if you need your items for an important event.

THe logo on the bottom of the tie is WAY off center. I have purchased many ties from Zazzle, and this is the first timer this has happened.

There was a significant and sloppy flaw in the printing that led to distortion in the image. I've never seen that with Zazzle before, so I think it is a one-off fluke, but the shirt was a gift and that kind of makes it worse.

The print came out amazing, the colors are nice and vibrant! I'm very happy with the results!

The fabric is not good quality, the stitching is poorly done and my image was not very sharp. I was going to give them as gifts to my coworkers but I don’t think I will.
