Loved this bag , fit wine bottle snugged .only issue the bag wouldn’t stand up with the wine bottle in it. But it was very pretty and details were great and the gift receiver loved it. I just wish I could have it to stand up without falling over once wine bottle placed in bag.

I ordered 5 can coolers for my husband for Christmas. My order arrived with 4. I contacted customer service, and they said they would put in a request to have it sent. Well, it still is not here. I have paid for it...and I’m disappointed in the entire process. I cannot vouch fir this one way or the other, because it never arrived.

It never arrived so I’m saying it was poor. I can’t see it, since I don’t have it.

We LOVE these Koozies!! We order one design every year for our dog's birthday. Crazy... yes, but we love to send them to friends all over the country. We have ordered them three times and every time the quality has been great from both the coozies and the image comes out great. They are always sent to us quickly in the least amount of packaging required. We will continue to order these every year!

This is for a campaign to bring awareness to an incurable and debilitating illness called Gastroparesis which means paralyzed stomach.

The logo had a bit of background that wasn't taken out but still looked good, the back side turned out perfect.

Love the product & customization tools your website has. It was very easy to see what the final outcome would be with the 3d, real-life looking images that populate as you type in what you want to say. I love that it gives you little icons to use so you know there will be a high-enough quality image. I also love the opportunity to provide a full background design, there were so many options I loved. Most sites charge the same amount for 2 colors, but don't give you the cool background options. I think the koozies arrived about 10-14 days earlier than the initial estimate, which was exciting. I'm happy the site offered a discount because full price would make me less happy about each koozie.

All the colors were exactly as I expected, they look just like the computer renderings I saw when producing. The only thing I am disappointed with is the custom photos that I added. When you add an image, you have the chance to select whether the background goes transparent or is cropped off around the image. I really didn't want to see the white background and I believed it would be cropped out based on the option I selected. I was hoping to get an email with a proof to approve prior to shipping as well so I could feel at ease about this particular portion of the design. When I got them in the mail I was and still am disappointed about this part. But I do believe they did some tweeking possibly to make the white background appear as best as possible (over the decorative background). Half of the recipients of the koozies are also architects/designers and noticed this flaw, the other half are perfectly happy and didn't notice. Oh well, but had to knock down the rating a tad for this reason.
