Quality of print is an A, but quality / alignment of the folder is a B.

Honestly, I’m about to return my second box of ‘replacement’ items…items which were ordered in plenty of time for my upcoming Car Club’s Christmas Party this coming Saturday, 12/7/24…items which were intended as ‘takeaway’ gifts but of which were taken away by Zazzle contractors!…am extremely disappointed with not just the original order, but with the replacement order as well, the latter of which I expressly asked that the ordered bottle tote be of an actual [manufactured] solid, quality/color, not spray painted! And, to top off these two disastrous orders, I had to pay the return shipping…have yet to be reimbursed for the full amount of the first returned order…and, now, am about to have to pay shipping again and wait who knows how long for reimbursement of the second re-order. Yes, I’m upset!

I just received the wine tote today; it is a very poor-quality product!! The "custom" writing is off center I cannot get a wine bottle into the bag without a struggle. 1 bottle did not fit completely. I would not post this but there is no contact information in the package it was sent in.

If you are ever disappointed by something Zazzle does, it would be something was wrong with what you gave them, they never disappoint.

My wedding koozie. Is ripped, fabric isn’t attached, uneven at the top and varying shades of green at the top. This isn’t the first koozie I’ve ordered so I was expecting the same quality as what previous ones were from this supplier. Incredibly disappointed! And it took almost 3 weeks to get to me.

I’ve tried to contact Zazzle about my concerns but I can’t get a reply. The koozies would have been cute if you could read them. The print is way too light. It could be because the font is thin, but how would I have I know that if it didn’t look that way on the app?

My new can cooler is great! I use it every day. The image printed is vibrant and it’s fun to see my artwork on it!

Part of the words were lost in the seam stitching. I know when I made it I placed the wording inside the box to avoid that. And this was when it was received later from the original order because they had forgotten it.

Cute design but would not recommend printing anything on the bottom of the koozie. The fold of the koozie goes right through the image and completely distorts it unfortunately.
