They were as pictured and delicious but lots of chocolate debris that needed to be cleaned up so cookies had to be repackaged!

The printing was great after I cleaned off all the chocolate crumbs

Comes with zero directions. Tried everything recommended by googling how to get frosting rounds off backing paper & literally nothing worked. Not only waste of money but now I don’t have cutely decorated treats for my babies baptism. Will never order again . So disappointing.

Fine but the exact color

The cookies were beautifully made and packaged. The only issue I had was that since my dog is black in color his picture was a little difficult to see due to the chocolate covering of the cookie. However that is not something that could be helped. We totally loved these cookies and intend to repurchase.

Fabulous printing. Will repurchase. Purchased these for Halloween gifts to give out at our vet’s office. They were a tremendous hit.

This was perfect and everybody loved it! Well made, beautiful and delicious. Delivery was also impeccable and all the cookies were individually packed and package arrived cold (so chocolate wouldnt melt). It was great! Highly recommend it!

The cookies tasted great, the design was nice. Frosting could have been slightly neater.

I love these cookies! I am an artist and I have a 50 shades of Gray Hairs bday party every year and I put my illustration invite on cookie. Always a big hit!! And cookies are delicious!

Excellent and clarity was very good.

First, I loved the fact that they matched my party invitations and went with the theme. I displayed these on a tiered Witch Hat centerpiece. They looked absolutely amazing and tasted GREAT! My guests absolutely loved them! They were the talk of the party.

The first batch I ordered arrived damaged (the dark colors smeared and bled onto the white icing). I reported the issue and wishing hours received a reply stating that they were sorry for this happening and would send me another order completely free of charge. Wow, now that’s what I call outstanding customer service and why I will definitely purchase again from Zazzle. I will also highly recommend you to my friends and family.

Good! Only complaint is the size doesn't allow for much design work. A basic logo probably works best for this.

Ordered these cookies for my doctor who is retiring and closing up shop. He received the cookies and called to thank me. He was in awe and had given some to his staff . Very nicely done job.

These brownies were raved about by many at the reception about how good they were. No left overs! Received before date expected, individually wrapped and packaged for protection in mailing. Weather was in the 80s within days of receipt and no issues with melted frosting

The design was perfect along with the customized wording. Besides looking good the cookies were amazingly good. Every time I receive a package from FedEx the box comes damaged. This was no exception but thanks to the exceptional packaging done by the bakery not one cookie was broken or cracked. Looking forward to using them again for my next event. Highly recommended.

Cute idea, good tasting, good packaging. Not the best print quality, but then again, so fun to have a personalized Oreo. We’ll enjoyed by guest of honor and the event recipients.

The printing of the persons image had a slight yellowish tinge. It was legible though and not enough of an issue to request an exchange
