They came out beautiful!!! I made cake pops with them. It was my first time with frosting round so the only thing I would suggest maybe is a little bit of an instruction manual other than that they're perfect.

The printing was clear

Would recommend for small quantity orders (4 dozen or less). Would NOT recommend for large orders (E.g., do NOT buy these for an important/special event like a wedding). I ordered 18 dozen, custom branded, for a corporate event and they were absolutely decimated in shipping. It was really unfortunate because I could tell they were probably a beautiful product when created. Quality was quite high, and they taste great as well. Unfortunately, most cake pops were unrecognizable bags of crumbs. Many other cake pops in the box "stabbed" their neighbors with their sticks--meaning not only were they destroyed aesthetically, but they were now effectively "opened" since the wrapper was punctured--which would compromise their shelf life. Note that I placed a second order the next day for much smaller quantity (4 dozen) after realizing I had not initially ordered enough. The order of 4 dozen arrived with very minimal damage. Shutterfly was very helpful in re-issuing replacements for the initial damaged box, but at that time I suggested the break the shipment into a few smaller boxes (rather than cramming 18 dozen boxes into one large shipping box--to avoid the same mistake). Sure enough the shipment arrived all in one giant box again, and many were again damaged an un-servable to my corporate guests. If they can do a better job packaging/protecting/and shipping, then this would be a lovely product. Otherwise avoid large orders. They will come damaged. I'm "0 for 2"!

Printing was crisp, clear and vibrant...Although after about a week (note that the description said shelf life is 6 weeks!), the printed design started to "melt" or smear. These were in a climate controlled air conditioned room at all times. If you buy these, plan to use them right away. Printing will not last 6 weeks!

I have never written a negative review here, and I know people do not set out to create subpar products. However, this order was a major disappointment. I was going to use the cake pops for my daughter's bridesmaids luncheon next Friday. Now I need to find something else and the wedding is Saturday. I even had napkins made to match. The problems were 1) Packaging. Only 2 icepacks. They were warm. I got the package in fairly quickly when it was dropped off. This needs much better planning. In contrast, I got chocolate covered pretzels from someone else today as well, and they packed their items with immense care and with 15 small icepacks. They were perfect. Result of poor packing for this order was this order had warped cake pops with pointed bottoms. Some were melted. In addition, they were literally thrown in a box. No effort to separate them or protect them from juggling around. Some were cracked 2) Big problem: I thought perhaps the cake pops would taste good, at the least, so I tried one. I was perplexed. It was not vanilla cake. It was gooey inside, like brown cookie dough. See pictures. I learned a lesson but lost money doing it, and created a big hassle for myself.

The printed cookie is illegible. It is much smaller than in the picture. Teensy tiny. The printing/wording should be limited to allow for this. Some look better than others. The colors are good.

Excellent favor for a party.

These came out great!

I ordered 6 dozen for a Retirement Party. The design came out great, the cake pops were poorly packages, and arrived crushed and cracked. I could not serve them. They are packaged in a thin cardboard cake box with 1 sheet of bubble wrap and a couple pieces of tissue paper. They are layered and just thrown in. Then each box came smooshed upon the others. It was awful. Out of 6 dozen maybe 20 are useable. I reached out to Zazzle to have them resend the order. The second order was worse. This time is came in more bubble wrap and ice packs, but still smooshed. I cant be the only one having this issue.

The decoration was very cute - could have printed a little darker, but it was absolutely lovely. Too bad I cannot use the product. What a waste of $300.

I believe if these cookies were somehow packaged better they would have been beautiful and just what I was hoping for. I am not sure if it was the time spent in transit- tossed around or even the heat - they arrived kind of beat up and the icing was soft and messy. I will spruce them up and use them because everyone will love the sugar topping emblem with my grandsons name on it! Probably next time I will buy local.

I am blown away by these cookies! I hosted a baby shower for my best friend and ordered these cookies to be personalized with her name on it. Not only did they arrive quickly, they also tasted incredible! The personalization and details looked amazing on the cookie. I will absolutely be ordering again! Thank you so much!

I was very skeptical about the product because I never ordered desserts online but let me say it was the best cake pop I’ve ever had. My guest couldn’t get enough. Definitely deserves 10 stars!

The picture shows a nice vibrant photo which is what I submitted and they came so light and faded and the colors are all washed out and ugly. They were supposed to go on graduation cupcakes but now I'm not sure I will even use them. So bummed as I was so excited to get these.

What a nice touch for me party. These went so fast I didn't even have a chance to enjoy one for myself.

Honestly beautiful and clear. Could have been a tad more colorful. Maybe more saturation. But they were a hit nonethelessless. I added the pink bow to the top in photos. The plain silver tie wasn't festive enough.

Cookie smells good Haven’t used it yet bc the event is on 4/27 but it I could return it or replace it I would have bc each cookie looked different than the other , not all are perfectly round in shape and the frosting on each cookie was different and dripping from the edges, very messy work sorry to say I had to do a lot of work to make the cookies look a little cuter , I had to re frost all the cookies multiple times around the edges and then paint the frosting with a shimmer to make it look a little presentable

The print was great but the placement of the label on the cookie is not how it’s shown in the photo on the website, again as I said above , the cookie was frosted poorly, some edges had frosting all over and some were plain therefore the cookies looked messy and I had to get royal icing and frost them all again

Th delivery was days earlier than promised. Each item was individually wrapped. What you see on the website is what you get in person. the flavor of the cookie was better than your standard sugar cookie you may be expecting. It was actually a really good nutty butter flavor.
