The customization of the product is absolutely great! All of the flavors are amazing and the ability to create your own label is really cool. The gum is a little overpriced though. I would like to see it go down about a dollar or two. Also, when I received the gum, the bottles were empty and the gum was laying around the in the box. This is simply because the bottom came undone. Not a big issue, but it's what I experienced. The bottles are very small. I wish the pieces of gum and the bottles themselves were a little bigger. Especially for the price

Seemed a little dark but other than that they were pretty good. The labels are not even. Some of them are tilted and placed in random places. As if they were just slapped on. The speed of production is amazing but I would like to see them put a little more time into making the product great quality.
