Ordered this for my friend's 70th b'day. It arrived to me a few days before promised, which was great.

The wooden box had a rugged look to it, almost like it was assembled from used wood with fire-branded. edges I asked for three capital initials to be engraved as a monogram. Thought it looked manly and cool. Unlike the photo, the stainless steel flask exterior was not really silver, more of a brown tone. The personalized message (name, birthday (est. 1953) and "Aged to Perfection") was done perfectly. I don't have a picture of the flask, but I believe it was more of a printed engraved look than a direct etching into metal. The small flask in its box is compact (as it should be)--perfect for keeping on a desktop or bookshelf. Before wrapping, we filled the flask with my friend's favorite expensive whisky as part of the gift. He was blown away by the personalized flask and custom box--a win!

My family member loved this piece and proudly displays it on the wall. It also is a fabulous serving board but he loves it too much to use for food!

The carving was dark and turned out as described. Very high quality expectations were met.

Ordered this for my husband for our 5year wedding anniversary. It arrived earlier than promised and was well packaged. I had worried it might get broke in shipping but they made sure it was well wrapped and protected. I had our anniversary date put on the tray, our last name on the decanter, and then on the 2 rock glasses I had his first name put on one and mine on the other. The engravings turned out very well. The tray looks and feels a little cheap made but other than that for the price I think it was a good buy.

Maybe a little lighter/cloudier than I would like but overall it was pretty good for the price.

I bought this as a gift for my husband and he loved it. The wallet compartments are sized nicely and he did not have to fight to fit his cards into the slots. The fact that the wallet was presented in a nice wooden box made it two gifts.

His name on the wallet turned out perfectly.

I'm very disappointed in the company. My items were not delivered on time and according to the tracking number seem to be lost in transit.
