RecommendedNoShipped on TimeYesAbout the ProductI ordered and received these gorgeous animal themed file folders. Spent nearly $40 for 6 files total (price of folders + shipping). They arrived in a heavy cardboard envelope. Unfortunately, all 6 of them had a crease down the middle. I reached out to Zazzle to complain and was told I needed to provide a photo to "prove" what I was saying. No amateur photo I took would show the damage to their products. So, I stacked 8-10 heavy books on top of their files to flatten out said creases. For about 5 days. Nope, creases still there. The moral of the story? Send your files in a BOX, Zazzle. At $5+ a file, that's the very least you could do. And sadly, you just lost a customer. For life. P.S. I'll be amazed if this review is actually posted.
