This was my first time ordering with this company. Received my badge today, not only was it covered in scratches, but there was also in smudging around the name. Very disappointing.

Quality is rough. Print isn't great quality and feels very cheap. Printed on paper and adhered to plastic tag. The gray does not look like faux silver, but rather smudged gray ink.

I have had to purchase and reorder these name tags repeatedly because the image and text keeps wearing off. Feel free to check my Zazzle orders! I love the design but these just don’t last long. And we don’t wash them! Any suggestions?

Print and adhesive quality are terrible - colors are barely visible, and the stickers are bubbled as if applied quickly and carelessly- additionally, 1 out of 8 arrived broken. Very disappointed. I would have stayed on chat/email to fight for refund and redo but the wait times and sending pics email back and forth at Zazzle are too long to deal with. I've ordered multiple products for an upcoming event and had issues with several different products (stemless glasses, pillowcases)...I've been a Zazzle loyal customer for many years but this may be the last of it.

My company spent a lot of money on tags that we are unable to read. I have tried to call customer service. The recording says they will be back the next business day but it says the same thing each day. I would really like the opportunity for Zazzle to fix the issue but it seems impossible to get ahold of any one. I also tried the messages but it will not allow me to send.
