It's plastic not metal I ordered it as a Stainless steel and it came as plastic

The design was good but the material was so bad

Love it and would love to get more order if you can get the PRINTS a TAD BIT bigger so maybe on a 6X8 Dimension instead of 4X6.

Great but the print is too small. Can get it printed 6X8 dimension with the same rounded corner? IF SO, will the print be bigger? I will order more if the answer to both my questions above are both Yes

Great Quality, it has accidently went through the washing machine still magnatized to a shirt and it was in perfect condition. Magnet is strong and engraving stays very well.

Nice quality glass, loved that you are able to customize the text, also. Took a while to get the photo centered appropriately so the design didn't cut into our faces.

Fairly decent quality - haven't washed it yet. A little bit digitalized/grainy but it still looks great because it's custom and meaningful.

I purchase these badges for events for my business. The last badges I had scratched up really bad

I am EXTREMELY UPSET! I created my pedestal sign for a major event coming up in March. Before ordering, I tested my at codes to make sure they work. I received my item, now my QR codes are saying they have been deactivated. This is very unacceptable!!!! I want someone to fix this or refund me immediately!!

It’s acrylic and there is no shine. The design is printed on. There is no shiny gold. I was letting this pass until my qt codes got deactivated.

When the product came it was not rose gold it was more of a pinkish brown. It was also matte when the photo looks like it has a glossy shine. The dark lines appeared like a shadow but was super prominate. /: it said rose gold foil but there was nothing or the sort ): not an ugly product and turned out nice but misleading for sure /:

The photo is not a good representation and the word “foil” needs to be taken out for sure /: could be great for others but wasn’t what I was looking for

I love the idea and so did all the guests at my 1 year-old's birthday party! I am looking to hang it in her room now. I do think it can benefit from an aesthetically appealing rope as what was used doesn't feel appropriate at all for the purpose.
