The QR code doesn’t work. These are now worthless and I spent way too much on them for this to happen

We ordered this for salon Google reviews, and received another company's order, with the wrong QR code, wording, and website. We needed this for a special event and now are unable to use it for then.

Sadly, when an order does not arrive on the paid shipping date. That is a big problem. Our order was placed on 4/17, and it was supposed to arrive on 4/23, which we paid extra for. 4/23 was well in advance of our big event for which the name tags were needed. However, the "Shipping Label" was created the day the name tag was supposed to arrive. Now its 4/29 the day of the big event and still NO delivery of our order.

I thought the name tag is made of metal since the title indicate metallic silver. It’s a cheap plastic that has an ombré silver color look which is not what I’m looking to buy. The title and the picture fooled me. Wasn’t impressed. Good thing I ordered only 1 first.

The whole thing was off center. Couldn’t use them at the shower. Zazzle gave me a partial discount and sent out new ones which I received after the shower. Totally useless. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on
