I left a message for them that the font was way to small and never heard back for them to rectify the purchase. Very disappointed of the lack of response.

Extremely dissatisfied with this product for my husband for Father’s Day. The pictures are crooked on the glasses and they don’t even match up on the sides at all.

The name badge is fine. The black isn't as deep as I hoped (thought) it would be.

It never arrived, it came broked to UPS. I heard nothing from your company about replacement. This has been really frustrating.

ordered my sign on the 29th of May and I didn't get my order at all. I was sent another order for someone else and when I tried to get my order I paid for. I was told it will take 4 days to make and then I still have to wait more days so I can receive it. I have events and I was hoping that my order was going to get to me on time but what I got for someone else's order with my mailing address on the box. they wouldn't even compensate me for this big mistake they did. I was told to wait until my order will get to me. so I will be out of money again because I have to buy another sign from someplace else. that will cost me more so I can have it for my events. terrible experience and this was my first time ordering and will definitely be my last time ever!! I wish I could give no stars at all!!

Elizabeth did a great job with additional designs we asked for and she was so responsive.
