Customer service is amazing and so was the product. My first one didn't get everything on there that I wanted to which I believe was my fault because I didn't know how fast the shipping was so I was trying to hurry and get it ordered so they credited me so I could take my time and actually do it right since I found out that the turn around time is very fast and the product is nothing short of Amazing. I used tiny pictures with a couple collages as well and they came out so clear which I was very nervous about. I contacted support to ask about the quality of the pictures while they were making it and they were always quick to respond. Amazing!!

My wife passed two years ago and I had this memorial cap topper done for our son's HS graduation. It is so beautiful and brought a lot of tears. Highest quality. I cannot thank you enough.

It was a perfect personal touch for my son’s high school graduation. The materials were a good quality and love how moving the tassel was made easy. It also protects the button & tassel on the cap. It would have been better if the cap stand/holder was included.

It was nice and strong sturdy I have used you guys before and I still have my daughters topper as well when she graduated from 2020 and they hold up very well. I would recommend any parents to get their child one does not fade does not rip.

The topper was very thick and good quality. Shipping was quick. The one thing I would recommend is that they come already cut with a center hole for the tassel.

The design came exactly like the proof.

This product came out perfect! I had to pay the expensive shipping to get it on time and I added real glitter to the printed glitter to make it really sparkle on graduation day.

It was beautifully made and came just how I wanted it. It was bent in my mailbox upon delivery but luckily was able to withstand being mishandled and sat on my cap very nicely. I received lots of compliments on it and had no issues with it moving/falling off. The stickers used to attach it also came off the cap easily when pulled and left no residue, making it easy to adjust the placement or salvage the cap. Would highly recommend!

Wasn’t worth the money spent.

Well, it was printed, but it when it arrived for the recipient, we noticed it was darker than the image provided. I understand that prints will not always come out the way digital works or images are produced, but this was shoddy at best.

I was able to select the mortar board topper that I wanted and then customize it even further. The website/application for customizing the design is very user-friendly and the options are endless. The product was delivered quickly and came with detailed, easy-to-understand instructions about how to affix the board to the hat. I did use crafting non-permanent glue dots (Zots) to secure the topper closer to the hat so that there was not a visible gap that was left by the thick Velcro the vendor sends with the product. Additionally, I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I reached out to the vendor with a concern I had about if I would receive the product before I left for my grad trip.

The design and wording were exactly as I selected and designed. I did add 3-D embellishments for an extra pop that I hot-glued directly onto the topper. This is an excellent option for someone that does not have time or the creativity to design something themselves but still wants to be unique and stand out on their special day.

I customized this topper on zazzle & I love it! I moved my name so I could cut a hole for a tassel, but I didn't realize it was thick kinda like plastic, which made it even more worth the price because it's thick, sturdy material. It comes with velcro to attach it to your cap. Definitely reccomend
