The item arrived on time but my daughter didn't like it and I want to return it. The company was closed through the new year and there is no info in the packaging to help with a return. I sent an email that was immediately auto-repsonded to but still haven't heard anything of substance. I will reach out again today.

THe item is fine, my complaint is with the difficulty in returning it.

This turned out perfect. This was a gift and (Jacqui) loved it, especially since very few personalized gifts are spelled the way she spells her name.

I almost used a standard black font but being a designer, changed it to #330000 (very dark burgundy) and played with the different fonts available. It blends great with the other colors in the owl design.

I made this cover for my 3gs phone since covers for these phones are getting difficult to buy. I sell art so thought putting a painting on a cover would be a no brainer. Was very easy to get it the photo centered on case. The inner, black silicone liner fit well and was easy to put on the phone. The first time I tried putting the hard case over it, the silicone inner lining bunched all up at the outer, remaining edge and looked terrible. Took off the hard case and paid more attention to sort of "massaging" the inner liner into place under the hard one, making sure to work the last two corners into place before I completed snapping the hard one on. Look much better. Note: on the "front" side, the black silicone liner encircles the face of your phone so it creates a protective outer ridge, lifting the face of the phone away from the table surface which of course keeps it from getting scratched.

First off, the print quality of your case will be in direct relationship to your photo quality. So be sure to use a photo that is really crisp. In this instance, the picture of the painting that was reproduced on the hard, glossy case is so good, one can see the texture of the canvas onto which the scene was painted, giving it great detail and making it really interesting. I've gotten lots of compliments on the case!

Excellent quality case! The soft rubber-like casing on the inside fits perfectly and provides outstanding protection. The outer case is smooth & provides easy access to all the buttons. Not bulky at all. Love it!

I purchased one case for myself and two for my daughter. When they arrived I panicked as I thought they were too dark and wished I had lightened up the photos I downloaded. NOT TO WORRY! They were shipping in grayish bags which make them appear dark. They are fabulous!! I am sure I will be ordering more this year for gifts. Thanks for SUCH A UNIQUE item!!
