Extremely long ship time.

I got my phone case and would like a refund! my name is LENORE AND I DONT LIKE BEING DECEIVED WITH A PICTURE OF THE BLING. SO COULD YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO RETURN THIS AND GET MY REFUND?

It’s plastic yellow not metallic gold.

I ordered iPhone 12 case, but the case did not fit our grandsons iPhone 12.

The quality of the case is good fits my phone very well and love the design of the case as well so pretty

The pictures came out nice but the face on yeosang’s photo came out looking a lil too dark but other then that it’s good

I was so excited when I received this iPhone 14 cover, and very pleased with the quality and imagery I chose. But that excitement turned to disappointment when I discovered the cover was too large to hold my iPhone 14.

I rate this two stars. The product quality is good, but the image is dull. and not as appears online. I thought, based on the image online, that it would have little fake rhinestones on it to give it sparkle and dimension. There are NO STONES. The case is just flat and quite boring. I was going to give it to a bride, but I don't think I will even do that. VERY DISAPPOINTED for $51!!!!

The Printing was as described, so it was ok. The case itself for the money is very disappointing, and the online image is very misleading.

I am beyond happy with the quality, fit and printing of this iphone cover. I would recommend the Tough Case to anyone asking...it's beautiful!

I received this case just now for my work phone. The image is NOT as pictured, but larger...AND CROOKED. It wraps around the case and that is not what was advertised on my preview. I would like a refund.

Great looking watercolor fox illustration. This is the second case I bought from this artist. Needed a new one to go with my new phone. The only issue was delivery method. The Post Office messed it up. No updates and then they held it at the PO so I had to pick it up. Unfortunately we have 3 PO and they did not indicate where it was being held.

Color is excellent as is the calligraphy on the case. It is well done,which is why I bought a new one for my new phone.
