Case-Mate

I was faced with getting a practical phone case or a pretty one. This time I shopped for pretty. I found a case design that I liked better than any others I can remember. I was able to get my favorite color, my favorite photos on it, my name in a font I chose. It came out great and even feels more sturdy than my previous one. It was exactly as ordered and got here sooner than I thought it would.

For the most part I love it but, the pictures are not very clear and are quite blurry. Also very dark.

The case quality was good, but the print itself was blurry.

Jane was an absolute delight to speak with, very understanding of what I was explaining to her & we got through it together. I thought this iPhone case would ship by today 4/24, or tomorrow 4/25 & then arrive mid-late next week. #1 it shipped early👍, #2 it was delivered early👍 & #3 the image is aligned perfectly on the case👍👍👍. Great phone case & maybe in the future, along with the glossy finish, there should be a matte finish as well.

Love this case. When I changed my phone, I ordered the same case again! Sturdy and beautiful!

This isn’t a rhinestone studded phone as you might think from looking at the pictures. Instead it’s a print of the design. It is dollar store quality.

Horrible and expensive for what you get! Description very inaccurate and misleading. Will never purchase from here again.

I received a message that this had arrived but it was no where to be found. It is very difficult to contact the company and no where to say it had not arrived. Perhaps this is a scam.

My picture were all cut off, I will send it back to fix the right way I made it. I will return it ASAP. I didn’t put them that way.

I love my case. The colors are so vibrant.

Logo was off center, color was supposed to be black but is showing more blue, especially around the edges. Just poor quality. Especially for the price paid.

A bit disappointing since the image showed it filling the complete case.

Terrible...and my experience trying to get someone to rectify the error has been terrible as well. I've contacted customers service twice via their none responsive form and still waiting, First time I reached out was on the 12th of Feb. Nothing yet. The pictures on the case were printed off centered to the right... some of the lettering of the message are on the side of the case. I have no problem waiting for it to be corrected, but it seems zazzle don't give af...

The iPhone case was just what I'd hoped for. The iPad case not so much because I have an iPad 10 and thought I'd ordered the right size without iPad 10 specified but what I got didn't work. The customer service response was very satisfactory, so I'm pleased. I don't think anyone is currently doing a custom picture on an iPad cover, so I'll wait till another time for that.
