I ordered this for our daughter for Christmas. When she tried to put it on her phone it was difficult and once on we realized it had a slight variation in the way it was cut. On Monday after Christmas I went to their website to see how I could return it or order a duplicate. I was able to “chat” with a CS rep, Martin. Told him what happened. He sent me an email with a link. I simple took a picture of the product and attached it to the return email. Within hours I received a response that the product had been remade AND was on its way to my daughter via overnight UPS. The new product was PERFECT and the customer service was more then AMAZING!!!!! I had initially ordered a second phone cover for our other daughter and that one fit perfectly.

An iPhone case is something I see everyday, so I take the time to find (and pay for) a visually appealing protective case. I love this design and the product I received is exactly as beautiful as I hoped it would be. I would have preferred better coverage for the top and bottom of the phone, but not covering the audio is part of the reason for the partial coverage and I’m satisfied with this purchase.

My first order came damaged right at the narrowest part of the case, so I was a little worried that it wasn't of good quality...but then the replacement arrived and I've been using it for over six months now with no problems!

Although the product is light, it does what it is designed to do - protect my iphone. It is functionable, looks great with it's customized name and very chic design, which definitely set's my phone apart from other iphones. I highly recommend this case cover both for function & style.

Don’t have the product yet It was due to be delivered on 12/26 and is a Christmas present and it’s not here yet o. 12/27. I think there are two things that are ridiculous about your shipping: 1. The tracking for the system you are using sucks. We have no idea when this thing will be here. 2. The tracking that has been provided shows this order going from Morris to Macon back to Atlanta. It should not take 6 or more days to go across Georgia. Your shipping methods have always been a problem with your company.

The printing is great...I have to order a second one because I pushed "place order" before I changed the initial on the case to the correct one and didn't realize it until it was too late.

Looked just like the pictures

A great quality product, and a quick shipment. A little tricky to design online, but that’s probably because I’m no good at working on computers LOL! But it’s exactly what I was able to create, so that’s cool!

It arrived sooner than expected, and the quality was great. Hard to take on and off without help, but guessing you really want a snug fit:). I drop my phone at least a half dozen times a day, and it’s still perfect!

The colors are slightly darker and bolder than the jpeg, and I would know, since I painted it. But still beautiful and cheerful, and I love that it wraps up the sides snd doesn’t just randomly cut off.

The pictures had to be redone but with no hassles, it was redone in clear picture. The case is sturdier and feels solid.
