Colors print great. Nice soft and smooth printed surface. Unprinted side seems more absorbent, which is fine, since that is side one would use to dry off with.

Needed to return these items. Order history on computer different than order history in app. Customer service against easily resolved the problem.

Loved the starry night towel! Very soft! Was perfect for a North Star Christmas theme!

This is the towel that is listed as a hand towel. It is a terry type material and is thicker than the one listed as a tea towel/kitchen towel. I wanted to try this for a kitchen towel and it will work just fine. The printing came out better than on the polyester kitchen towel and it’s much brighter as far as color. I’m happy with this purchase.

I just received my order and I’m very disappointed in the product. They were monogrammed beach towels that I needed for gifts. The monogram has a strange line across the middle on both towels, and the quality of the towels is awful. They feel very cheap. I paid $100 for 2 towels and I expected a higher quality product than this! Can I get a refund for these! I am attaching photos. Thank you. Kathy Lanno

Satisfaction guaranteed is a joke. Have been trying to process a return for three days and the process never completes. There’s no place to send an email. Products are beautiful have been completely happy with three other orders. I just don’t need this one any more. Won’t order again no matter how lovely and the excellent quality. If I can’t get help when I need it I’m not spending my money here.

Artwork turned out good. White is white on towel, important.

The colors are beautiful! Great quality - a thinner towel but that is what we had wanted - going to travel with this.

I use the hand towels in my kitchen because I like the size and the nap. This one with the herb design is perfect. I will buy again

This hand towel with wildflower artwork is so pretty., Initially I bought as a MIL gift but ended up keeping it ! They polyester cotton blend is very nice, a soft tile with just the right amount of texture.

the pattern I chose was GREAT but the quality of the material is horrible! it looks cheap and is unusable.

The Gold colored towel with simulated gold glitter is not what was received. I received a beige towel with a brownish gold glitter and not complimentary to my burgundy and gold bathroom decor. I am returning.

The towels were the perfect touch to our guest bathroom.

The hand towel is very plain and the printing leaves the fabric stiff and rough. I wish the back could have a choice of colors other than white.

Pattern is more faint than pictured and gold color has a lot of brown....towels are thin cheap material, soft on pattern side only, scratchy on back side and has picks in material...I may keep them because I will use them as decorative towels only and they do coordinate well with my shower curtain but still undecided...definitely not worth the pricetag

This towel is stitched poorly and has imperfections that are not on previously purchased others that were purchased as gifts in 2023-24!

the printing is fine but really disappointed in the look of the towel itself. i ordered two hand towels in the navy and two hand towels from a different designer in white. the texture of the towels in both colors was not smooth (almost looked like it had been snagged all over but it wasn't), and it was especially noticeable in the navy b/c of the contrast to the white underside. i'm unable to take a photo b/c i already gave them to the gift recipient but there's another review with photos of a navy towel. mine looked exactly the same. i'm hoping the texture/color looks better after a first wash.

I love the print and it is pretty. The towel quality is very thin, not plush and a big disappointment. My kitchen towels that are thicker than these towels. I want to keep, but I have just packaged to return for the poor fabric quality of this towel. Will not consider Zazzle again for purchasing and returning to a quality merchant.
