When the towels arrived, they don’t look anything like the picture on the website. I’m so disappointed with this purchase and I will be returning them.

The printing and spacing were spot on!

This face cloth was the final piece in my bathroom towel set for my sisters bathroom makeover. It is a nice thick face cloth.

The bath towel is good. I'm not sure what it would be like to use daily. However, I really got it done as a decoration for the bathroom. It is good quality and the printing turned out great. Along with the other items I got for the makeover, I'm sure this quality will be great as well

The towel had flaws and was definitely a second .. it has discoloration white lines through out . And Is very visible in natural light

These towels are GORGEOUS (and soft to boot)! We recently did a long overdue partial powder room "make-over". Hired someone to paint the walls (BM - Owl Gray), trim (BM - Simply White), and the ceiling (basic ceiling white). The vanity was a dark brown wood with white counter top (the kind you usually see on display at HD or Lowes) with a silver faucet and silver drawer knobs. My husband and I re-painted the vanity ourselves using BM-Jade Garden. We kept the counter top and the faucet the same, but changed the drawer knobs to clear crystal knobs and changed out the vanity mirror and vanity overhead light. The only things we opted not to change were the floor, the shower stall and the toilet (all of them white). Our powder room looks completely different and let me tell you, these towels complement our new color scheme so well adding the perfect pop of color and the most beautiful touch of elegance. We recently had a big celebration gathering at our house and I constantly was asked where I got the towels from, everyone LOVED them. Could not be happier!. My only "complaint", which really is minor, is that I ended up buying two extra towel sets, because after purchasing the first two sets (bath towel, hand towel, face clothe), I realized I wanted/needed more hand towels and not having the option to buy those separately on the purchasing page was a bit disappointing given the cost (you have to buy the full set), but at least I have extra towels that will hopefully last a while.

The colors on the towels are gorgeous. The colors literally just jump off the towel at you and add a nice touch of class and elegance to the product.

This was the only towel that was halfway acceptable in that blobs of color in the white section of the towel are not numerous. But the colored stripes are on the front side only (not mentioned in the description of the product) and the reverse side is a different material with a pebbly texture to it. Printing of the names on the 10 towels with the stripes (on one side only) was the only attractive featured of these towels.

Product looks nice until you look closely and see all the problems, including dabs of white on the colored sections. Colored stripes are only on one side - other side is a white pebbly color. On the colored side, if you rub the color lightly, you can see a white color beneath it. You can get the same striped towel on both sides,, same dimensions, but without name, from Heartland, America for $7.50 each. I paid $45 for each of these 10 towels for a family reunion.

texture from the front. The colored stripes have unsightly blobs of white and when you rub the fabric color, you can see the white underneath. And on the white are dots of the color (as if they did not wait until the colors 'set'). They arrived all jammed into one box, with no paper/plastic protecting them from adjacent towels nor the sides of the boxes. Zazzle offered to replace them and put a rush order on them. I sent them pictures twice only to be finally told that the dealer says if I launder them first, that should 'normally' resolve the problem. If that's the case, then why doesn't the producer launder them before sending them out??

Zassle has the nerve to show the 10 towels that I ordered (and for which I have asked for a full refund, pending their sending me a label to return all of them. Only one turned out halfway acceptable - the yellow/orange one. The printing of the name did turn out nice. But you can buy 4 of these towels (without the name) from Heartland America for $30 (or $7.50 each) with the same dimensions (minus the name) and the colored stripes are on both sides of the Heartland towels! Whereas the Zazzle towels were $46 each! I ordered 10 different towels and all have defects that prevent them from being given out at a family reunion -- if you could zoom in, you would see where the front of the towels are pock ridden. Towels are not taupe. Do not match the bath mat which is taupe. Towels are pink. Black has white showing through. Doesn't look good. I'm trying to return or replace for 4 days. No response. Not happy.

Colors are terrible. Not what was stated. White showing through black and pink. Very strange quality. Design is nice but not colors.
