This bag is truly original. It is roomy without being too large but the best part of this bag is the map. I live in Chicago and every time I carry this bag, I am stopped by people who want to take a closer look at the map and try and find their neighborhood. It is really a great conversation piece!

The design is great! The printing is very sharp and clear and it is very easy to find details such as different streets on the map.

I like this bag very much. It is very light and stylish. My only complaint is that it does not have any smaller or zipper pouches inside of the bag which are useful for pens/pencils, since I am using this for a school bag. However, I just put a couple smaller bags inside, and it worked great!

The item is exactly as pictured. I really liked having the option to select from many choices of interior color and trim-band color.

Colors on the print are more intense than pictured. I usually like more intense colors, although they are not especially "appropriate" for depicting an ink painting.

The printing came out great.

I purchased this bag to use as a camera bag. The quality is outstanding and print job is actually better than I expected. There are two strips inside the bag to attach Velcro dividers, which I don't recall reading in the description but is a nice touch, particularly for using camera bag dividers. Overall, a great purchase. A bit steep in price, but the fact that I could order just one with my logo on it made that price worth it!

I had been using the same shoulder bag for over 5 years and was in need of an upgrade. Instead of just picking up what was at the store, I saw this as an opportunity to help promote my website, so I ordered one of these custom Rickshaw Commuter Laptop bags from Zazzle. I couldn't be happier. The bag is durable and very well constructed. Not only are the materials tough, but the bag has a firmness that makes it much easier to put things in and out of the bag quickly. It's soft enough to squeeze down when it needs to be packed somewhere, but it bounces back to an open shape so whenever you lift the flap, you can get right to your stuff. Also, there are so many well thought-out features. This bag has both a handle to quickly pick it up like a suitcase AND a mini-loop for hanging off a hook. The shoulder strap is wide and comes with two differently sized pads so it can be customized to anyone. But most remarkable, I thought, was the combination of both velcro and magnets in the flap. When it arrives, it latches on with magnets, making for easy, quick open and closing. But if you're concerned about the magnets damaging electronics inside (like I was), you can rip the magnets right off the bag revealing velcro pads that work just as well. It has latches, too, but personally I never use them. The velcro is strong enough there's really no need. Really, this is the best, most well-designed shoulder bag I've ever had, and five years from now, I hope they're still making them.

The printing looks great. Obviously didn't go too crazy in my design choosing just white on black, but the printing came out crisp and easy to read. No smudging, no damage from water (I ran through a sprinkler with this bag recently), it really came out looking just the way it was shown on the website.

The bag is of great quality, made with great care and craftsmanship. Perfect size for all my needs.

The image quality overall is great. Perfectly centered and vibrant. My only complaint is that there was a bit of streaking in the black ink on the front. Not so much that others would notice, but it was there for sure. Kind of a bummer, but I'm sure it was a one-time problem. I decided to keep it because I plan on using this bag, not framing it on my wall. It will get dirt and water and oil on it. Not a huge deal.

Overall this is an excellent item. I wanted to make sure my daughters iPad mini was protected, so I had shopped with zazzle before and figured why not get her something she would love and help give me a little peace of mind knowing that the iPad was protected.

The quality of the picture of Anna and Elsa is great she loves it.

Solid built product, good for people like me who are rough on their things. Thick higher quality canvas duck type material.color is very close to how it displays on my imac screen. Good solid stitching. Only a bit smaller than expected. The measurements are accurate but the way it is constructed the usable interior space is not as useable as expected. Specifically I read in a review that an ipad fit in their bag but they must of meant a smaller one because there is no way my full size fits even though the measurements make it seem like one should..just barley, but should. :-) This should not be a deterrent just a FYI. Great product! I already have spilled coffee on it and it has cleaned up very well.

Material is a rough grain for printing and still the photos turned out great! I uploaded my own images, formatted as recommended and they are great. They were black and white images (saved as black and white, not as a color format adjusted to look like black and white) and they have a warmth to them. Not sepia exactly (darker) but it gives that feel. Very nice for my application. I do have an issue with their technical help though. One of my images contained a small font 10 pt Helvetica, and I was worried about it being too small so I called and asked and received no help what so ever. The person answering the phone was nice but had absolutely no training in these type of questions. I decided to take a chance and the text was a blurry loss. I took a risk because it made little difference in the overall impression of my layout but now I know...10 pt Helvetica is defiantly too small for this material to handle. Thought I should mention this in hopes that it helps someone else. REALLY HAPPY with the overall product though. THANK YOU!!

I knew that this bag would be beautiful only it is even better than expected. I had the extra internal pocket added and so glad that I did. It is so well made and the colors are divine.

Oh my, everything color and graphic wise is well thought out. The image is ethereal, haunting and moving, colors sparkle. It is a work on art that I will enjoy each and every time I use it. This will be my travel "purse" when I travel to other countries such as South Africa in Sept. I will be able to house my camera, lenses, plus all things I need to access during the flight. I LOVE this bag and so glad that I ordered it. It took just 10 days from the day I placed my order, to receive it even adding special colors and the internal pocket. It will be a treasure and pleasure to use for many, many years.
