Product arrived in excellent condition 5 days earlier than promised.

This was my first Zazzle order and this wasn't a quality ID-type plastic card. It was a punchout like those freebie AARP membership cards (thin, sharp-edged junk). The back was printed offset from the front, and the lanyard hole was sharply unfinished and can't be rubbed off, it's melted plastic done badly. I don't trust any quality claims made here. This is inappropriate for professional settings and looks like janky junk.

Very frustrated! They printed the backside on both sides of the badge. I complained multiple times and nothing has been done about it. Poor service. I had to pay for the same item twice!!!!!

This ID badge was way too big and there was no option for return.

The visitor badges were very vibrant in color, and everything was clear and legible and everything we were looking for! These were great, and I will definitely recommend Zazzle to anyone with customization needs!
