Great product, and the quality is professional enough to look as if it were made by the company itself. However, if you are getting an ID badge for a business, you will have to get a letter from them. That's what I had to do, it doesn't take very long, and the customer service from Zazzle is speedy and courteous.

Printing was great, nice and sharp, which I was worried about because I had to stretch some of the photos a bit, but that didn't affect the print quality at all.
