Everything is and has been great

Both the photo and the text are much smaller than we had intended. As requested, we sent an email with what was not right immediately after receiving the order for the four items, but we did not receive any response

I requested a replacement since the first badge was beige (rather than white) and the replacement was exactly the same as the original! :( Still disappointed...

I'm very impressed with the item.

Your company cancelled my order for no apparent reason and now I have to re-order it. I reached out to the email that was provided, no one responded. Hoping this is a one-time incident because I usually love my orders.
