Customizing order was easy, use this all the time for our business badges. Good quality.

Printing was exactly as customized. Make sure the pictures are lightened or they print out too dark.

The product arrived a lot faster than anticipated! The quality of the the card itself is sturdy as described in the description but it is not scratch resistant. I purchased 15+ cards for each employee and more than one was already scratched.

The printing quality is poor; the logo on the front of the card was barely visible (think of a printer running out of colored ink) and the sharpness of the profile picture was suboptimal and very contrasty. The resolution of uploaded images, logos, and font size were considered and it looked great in the template but the final product receives a one-star rating. I've uploaded a picture to compare the template and the final product. Although the second image (final product) is a little dark, you can see the quality of the printing. I covered the employee's name and employer with red boxes.

Product itself is good. It's just PVC plastic badge as they mentioned.

Printing is not completed on the edges and not clear as you can see in the pictures. It didn't come out as much as we expected. We may not use it for our VIP customers..

The badges looks great for the cost! I searched numerous of companies for badges and Zazzle not only had economical prices but the badges looks awesome! Life time customer!

My company, Allies with Families, has been searching for a new employee badge for months and we finally found our solution with Zazzle! It was affordable, decently quick shipping, and is fantastic quality. All of our employees have mentioned how much nicer these badges are (compared to our laminated, handmade badges).

Colors turned out perfectly as expected. We wish there was an extra gloss or something to protect the printing because many of our badges are already scratching off or ruining the print. Everything has turned out well, other than that!

I was surprised when the package arrived a day earlier than the estimated delivery date! (Great first impression.) This badge is well-made from quality materials. The printing is clear and - for the most part - the colors I expected. Computer screens and printed colors rarely match up perfectly, and it's close enough that I'll just chalk it up to that. Overall it looks great! But... While the excellent Zazzle online designer software makes it appear that the colors will bleed off the sides of the badge, this is not true. There is a very barely noticeable white edge all the way around the badge. This may or may not be because I ordered rounded edges (the white area is not wide enough to indicate this), but overall the badge still looks great and I can get around the tiny tiny white space lining the perimeter of the design. I ordered a plain (no custom design) reel with this badge. The dark grey or black reel is strong, sturdy, professional-looking and well-built with an adequate string (not some really thin string) and a strong retracting mechanism. The badge clip on the end of the string is well-made, too, and I expect it to hold up for a long time with normal use. I gave the product 4 stars because I didn't know there would be white space on the edge of the design.

The colors are bright and vibrant, and the ink does not seem to smudge or peel so far. I made some wrong color choices in the test run (this badge was a test) so with a little adjustment and a re-order I should be all set. I will say that the colors pretty closely reflect what is in the design, and it's rare that printed colors actually look like the computer monitor, especially non-calibrated ones like mine.
