I think the necklace is lovely but I was a little disappointed in the picture of the poinsettia. It was not very clear. However, I know what it is.

The flowers were not clear. It looked like it was a mass of color and you couldn't tell what it was. I know what it is so will be happy with it.

This silver pendant and chain were purchased as a unique but work appropriate necklace for myself. Love the size and weight of the pendant and the adjustable length chain.

Purchased a customizable monogram design that is work appropriate and it looks nice but the colors were more subdued and less saturated than they appeared on my screen. The colors are much more subtle than expected.

This is a lovely well made charm I purchased for myself after being disappointed by the quality and durability of a competitor's product. The lobster clasp is sturdy and the charm is a nice size and weight.

The colors of the photograph I used turned out perfectly. I liked how the software allowed me to place the image, a close up, exactly as I wanted it so there were no surprises as to how it would look. I now have a photo of my beloved pet with me everywhere I go.

The necklace clasp parted from the chain within 12 hours of wearing it, which was very disappointing and since it happened unexpectedly thank heaven the pendant was "caught" in her bra. The price was affordable but not super cheap; pendant quality seems to be good so far but the chain itself is either made of low-quality materials or this particular chain was defective. We contacted the Zazzle customer response team yesterday and will see how it goes with receiving a replacement chain. The return policy - or e-mailing a photo of the product that has a problem - seems fair and easy. Hoping it all turns out well. This is my first experience with Zazzle in general - never knew it existed - and so far I'm intrigued. Definitely will try more products in the future.

The layout, printing and appearance are exactly as we expected and the template made it easy to do the custom lettering. We wish we would have had the additional option of doing engraving on the back to include name or other vital info but other than that it turned out exactly as expected.
