It said "Happy Christmas" instead of Merry Christmas. I was shocked when my granddaughter noticed it, I guess I should have read it more carefully but ordered it as advertised.

I didn't make any changes to the design.

My girlfriend was so thrilled when she opened this special gift on Christmas morning. This picture has a very special meaning for the both of us and we both will cherish it forever. Thank you for making this Christmas magical!

The word love was clear and easy to read and the picture was centered nicely

The ornament itself seems good quality. It is a solid piece. I would have been more happy if the product had reached us in time for Christmas( when I ordered it did say delivery before christmas). This was a memorial piece for my son who I lost this year and was to be the start of a new tradition of placing a new ornament on his tree each year.

Printing over all was okay. The picture was not centered correctly in the square, so you could see some of it at the left side under the square..

High quality money clip. The first one I ordered was lost in the mail, but as soon as I called Zazzle, they took care of it and I was quickly shipped another one. Great customer service.

My special needs daughter is 6 and can't verbalize her last name very well if lost. The locket is a little bit too big for her to wear everyday, but will work for sure on field trips, vacations, ect... the larger size allows you to get all the info you need on it. The smaller size does not. So we went with the larger one on purpose.

Shiny and cute, easy to flip the top sideways to see the message but otherwise private. We used the basic wording on the I HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS locket as shown and it is exactly like it looks. ONly it is so tiny I had to put my magnifying glasses on to read it. But I'm 46, so most folks could probably read it easier. Coloring on lettering and font are perfect.

Was looking for tie bar to match cuff links...this site offered a number of choices

I ordered this product on 11/30. The company purchased a shipping label on 12/9, but never shipped. After working with Zazzle, the company finally shipped the item on 12/16. It arrived 12/22. This was a Christmas gift to be given on 12/20. I had to pay for shipping a second time. Unreliable.

I don't know about the quality of this item. I am upset because I had to pay for shipping twice. I spent as much in shipping as the cost of the product. I will never order from this company again. If it had not been for Zazzle's help, most likely I would have never seen the item or my money again. Do not use this company!!!

The over priced necklace showed up on time with a twisted up chain and finger prints all over the dull looking locket. No dazzle just dull and boaring. I spent $160.00 to much.

The picture was smaller than the finished item looked at order time.

I would love the necklace if it didn't come flawed. The two letters in Hope are smeared. I need to have the charm replaced. The necklace if fine. I have tried calling three times and waited about 30 min. each time to talk with someone. I got only recordings and disconnected each time. I am not sure how to contact you to let you know I need a new charm. Please send this to me. I will gladly return the charm that is flawed. Thank you! Cynthia Way

The necklace would be perfect IF it was not flawed. The last two letters in HOPE are smeared black. I need to have a replacement. I hope you will take care of this for me. As it is I can't wear it. I tried to send you an email with two pictures of it. I am not sure you received that. Please replace the pendent. Thank you!

I still have not received my order. It was placed on 11-30-15! Today is 12-21-15! I was not aware that it would take a month to receive this product or I would not have ordered. Hopefully if and when I receive this it will be of good quality,

I am used to lockets having a hinge that swings open to reveal the picture -- this one is kind of odd in that the cover just hangs in front of the picture. Seems kind of cheesy, and I question how it will work long term to actually protect the picture.

The printing is absolutely wonderful -- the picture looks great and it has a nice enamel or such over it that makes it look both protected and gives it a really nice finish. Additionally, the picture appears to actually be printed on the locket, not just printed on paper and pasted in there.
