Image quality was pretty good, chain looks sturdy, though the image is really small it still looks like the painting

I had this ornament personalized to commemorate my son's graduation. The ornament itself is beautiful and is a good size for a tree. It is extremely classy looking! Also, I was able to personalize it with my son's name, school, year, and even the name of his major and minor. I am extremely pleased!

A little lighter color than I expected.

My first one did not show up, despite it saying it was delivered. A quick email to the Zazzle team and they looked into it and sent me a new one with express shipping. It didn't get here by the time I needed it, but I absolutely love it otherwise, and I'm sure the person I got it for will too!

It was a bit green tinged, but otherwise the printing was great!

It shipped fast and the item was slightly damaged and I send a message to let Zazzle know and they were so professional and had excellent customer service and replaced it at no extra cost or with any hazzles and the new replacement is perfect.

The photo I provided is over a decade old and they managed to still keep the printing of the photo look very nice. I am impressed.

4 Couples went to Costa Rica in January. I was so happy to find a Sloth ornament where I could personalize and put in a photo. Turned out great!

The craftsmanship is fantastic, it is reminder of a great memory for the year. We like to purchase/make ornaments to highlight events. And for our children, when they move out, to have ornaments to put on their tree and remember special moments in their life.

The quality is worth every penny, and for custom ornaments you are in control of the imagery. There are templates to let you know where the borders will be. You can add/change text, font and color as well.

I like to keep my big bills separated product very good for me!
