My Mother comes from England, and lived there during World War II. This was the expression from that time. She enjoys having a tray on her desk to hold all of her notes and pens and even her medications. This way she can whisk the tray away when she has company. This tray is ideal for her for both sentimental and useful purposes.

The image quality is outstanding. A light behind the cutting board is recommended for a beautiful counter display.

I had expected the cutting surface to be smooth. The pebbled texture somewhat distorts the design printed on the back--obscuring fine details. I think this product would work better with a bolder design or a monogram. I like the tiny silicon "feet" provided. It is a good size and light but sturdy.

The colors are vivid and true. The detail is there, but the pebbled surface distorts the image from most angles--not the effect I was going for.
