I ordered 2 personalized trays. One was perfect, the second one was not so perfect. The second tray was not leveled and it rocked. I immediately contacted Zazzle customer service and reached Dean. After conveying my concerns, Dean explained what procedures I needed to take. Within two minutes or so, I received an email with a positive solution. In short, the item was reproduced and mailed timely.

The trays were just as described. They were of good quality. The glossy finish was fabulous!

looks great with my new black wood computer desk and my new bamboo wood floors....I am on a wood look phase right now so when I saw this Wood print...I had to have it on my desk...Now!

I was hesitant in buying a "metal" ring since I never did before///I have lots of other print in my house on astronomical subjects. This picture is great! Exactly what I wanted and beyond expectations. Cheap, too, compared to me framing a classic print. I highly recommend and would not hesitate in buying any other type of metal print ever.

Colors were exactly as expected - vibrant and no blotching. I look at this print all the time and have my desk pointed at it.

Christmas present for our daughter ... she has a beautiful black kitty and will be thrilled with this tray!

Glad to have found the hitch cover that allowed customization. Looks very good on my car and already have 2 friends with 9th Infantry (Infantrymen) who want one.

The colors of the glass cutting board was of my own photography design. The product was reproduced exactly as the colors were shown on my computer. There was no muting of color in the design and the swirl texture makes it a very lovely gift - it's final destination!

I titled the piece: "three pears on a plate" and the printing was clear and exactly what I wanted, even better!

It’s great to personalize an item for a gift! Who doesn’t love to see their face and memories personalized to display. The only reason I gave this a 4 and not a 5 is that for a tray seems a little light.

Colors are great , has a shiny coating on it which makes the colors stand out . Looks great . Went to Walmart and bought a hitch pin to hold it in place ( a locking pin so it doesn’t get stolen . Very pleased . Hopefully stands up to the Connecticut winter .

I'm a brander -- as in branding various things I own and use with the logo I designed for my fishing boat. I know it's silly. But I'm an old man and being silly is o.k. I was surprised not only by the ease of designing and ordering my custom hitch cover, but also by the speed with which it got here. Can't wait to drive my pickup down to the marina where I'll be sure to park it where my crew can't help but notice.

I could not be more pleased with the print quality. The colors are vibrant, and the image is clear and crisp.

I love the way the tray looks, but it was labeled on the website as 'marble," which is why I was willing to pay $38 for it. But sadly, it's plastic. I'm embarrassed to give this as a wedding gift.

I purchased this mouse pad and a matching cup from HAMbyWhiteGlove and the set is beautiful! Whoever thought that personalized gifts weren't fitting for men, was completely wrong. This is a very fine, masculine design on very high quality product and any of the men I've shown it to agree that it makes a perfect gift.
