I ordered this custom tray as a part of a very special gift for my niece. I was thrilled with the ability to change the wording, font, and color of the text on this design. I selected what I thought would be an ivory background to give the illusion of an old-fashioned Christmas card. However, when the tray arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was actually more of a peach color in person--not a "Christmas friendly" color at all. We immediately called Zazzle where a wonderful, helpful customer service agent assisted us in redesigning a second tray and made sure that we had selected a color that would actually give us the look for which we were hoping. We were so very pleased with the second tray. It had a beautiful, clear graphic and the perfect background color. The tray itself is a good quality, sturdy item with smooth wooden handles and sides that would easily support several mugs of hot cocoa or eggnog. It's definitely an upscale present for someone important or a great splurge if you are looking to treat yourself.

The printing on the second tray was perfect. It was a very clear graphic with colors and wording just as we expected. The background color was just what we wanted. I can't wait to give this beautiful gift for Christmas!

The cutting board turned out well. Made it for my niece to celebrate her first grandchild. I just wish their were more color choices for the background color.

The pad, image and text came out so beautifully and clearly. I am proud to display and use the cushy surfaced mouse pad in my office and everywhere I go. It is beautiful, functional, comfortable for my hand and spacious to move my mouse around. A great addition to my desk and office.

I needed to replace my old glass cutting board. After searching and searching I found Zazzle had so many design options it took me 2 days to decide on one! It turned out better than I thought it would and it looks great. The post office lost my package for a few days, no fault of Zazzle. It would have been on time had this not happened.

Color great and tray very pretty.

This was the third one I ordered. I put the first on my car and someone bumped into my car in a parking lot and broke it. Then someone stole the second one. Fortunately, they're not very expensive, and I like having this icon on my car. The plastic is pretty durable but it can break if bumped.

When I saw this tray I got very excited! I bought this tray to give to my Sister-In-Law. When she opened her gift she had the biggest smile on her face. She is crazy about roses. This tray is perfect for her. She also loved the Biblical scripture on the tray.

Excellent printing quality

I loved the product itself. I just wish the sizing would have been a little easier to pick up and make sure the right size was selected. I don't know what happened but i had selected a bigger size and then the sizing reset. I didn't even notice it until i received the order of small cutting boards. That was a bit disappointing.

All the boards I had purchased turned out great, but I did not realize that they were small ones when I needed big ones. so now I have to unfortunately re-order them. Because the size I searched for was not the size that preselected, and I didn't catch it before I submitted my order. :( A bit disappointing. But otherwise they are great.

The printing itself turned out great. I just wish the sizes were listed a bit bigger so i would have been able to catch that the wrong size was selected.
