I have a store on Zazzle and purchased a variety of different items that I sell. This particular Gel mouse pad is not what I expected. It is in two parts, and the plastic is warped. I had no idea that it was made this way; I'll have to make changes in the collections that I had that sold this item.

The mounting bracket fell off and the tin fell. I put some tape on it and it is holding for now. The print came out great..

It's a nice enough wallet case. I thought the front would be more a faux leather than cloth. This makes the white not so bright and the logo a bit washed out. My greatest disappointment was that the case was purchased for a specific event and I received the wrong size to fit my phone although I was very careful to order the correct size. Reorder could not be guaranteed to get to me in time, so I am going to have to do without. Be sure to allow enough time if ordering for something special, in case a reorder is necessary.

I’m super happy with how my aspen photo looks on aluminum. Love the fact that it’s light weight and easy to hang on my wall. Really thankful for the hanging nail that was provided with the art. I hung up my artwork right away! Also, I like the wood trim behind the aluminum artwork and how it hangs out nicely from the wall rather than flush against the wall. Totally exceeded my expectations for the great quality and affordability Thank you!

the mouse pad came separately to the mouse pad picture and is very loose. I am also struggling to use the mouse pad with the bump at the front. So I am not very happy with the product.

Always have been impressed with the final products from Zazzle; if something needs to be fixed it is done ASAP and sent with faster shipping, too. Very impressive company and final products!

Unfortunately this basketball hoop is unusable. It is purely decorative. The hoop is attached with 3M tape and comes off immediately if you shoot a basketball at it. The design came as expected and looks great. This was supposed to be for my son's play yard. I'm so bummed!

Worst mouse pad ever, slides all over my desk-cheap plastic, not gel.

The ink color is purple not black & white

I received my serving tray today and although the colors are pretty, I was very disappointed to find damaged areas. One side was not connected all the way; there are cracks on the inner side of 2 corners and there were some small black screw cover stickers left on the tray.

I normally order my metal prints via Costco/Shutterfly but Zazzle was faster just before Christmas. It came out beautiful and arrived earlier than expected. Just in time for Christmas.

Order placed on 12/9. Product received 12/19 and print was off center. I contacted customer service on the 19th and they stated they would reprint it. Today is 1/5 and I still haven't received the reprint.
