The compact mirror is absolutely beautiful! It got lost in transit and when I contacted customer service they immediately made a new one and upgraded our shipping for free. We received it two days later and our daughter loved it!

It's a nice looking ornament, the picture is a little darker than expected but overall it's nice. This particular ornament was of a dog that recently crossed the rainbow bridge, so my friends did cry when they saw it.

Well it was beautiful my girl loved it until she realized it was broken. One of the mugs came with no handle. Disappointed. :( she was so happy until she saw that.

I was optimistic: ordered December 6th, but it still has not arrived, so pretty useless at this point because it is a Christmas ornament....Neglectful seller could have made a greater effort to ship it out quickly: today is the 21st. Disappointing experience.
