These mugs are perfect, not too heavy, not too light, and I love the elegant shape.

There were no surprises, except that it got to really fast. I hadn't paid for fast delivery, but I sure got it! Quality mug, graphics were crisp and beautiful. I guess that's why I keep ordering them!

Although this (personalized) Latte Mug may not make it out to the formal table setting, still... it becomes a GREAT reminder to both the intended recipients, as well as visiting dignitaries (which could include ANYONE within the Family Circle) that THIS is YOUR Family... and are proud to "Boast-a-Toast" to anyone lucky enough to be in such company! The designers of the mug (and vast design capabilities being offered) have given the purchaser a wide berth re: what is possible. Similarly, the final product not only was received ahead of time, but presented the design with ZERO flaws. We were all very pleased with the results.

The theme I followed was spot on with The brushed blush metal. Adding a photo and script with a small emoji was opened with smiles . Quality and design came together.
