Fun, but a little difficult in design. Was challenged with perfectly customizing this mug to my artistic satisfaction. But Zazzle perfectly duplicated my finished design. Returning customer. Zazzle is a 5***** hang-out! 😉👍!

It arrived broke. I reached out with picture of the broken ornament and wasn’t given a replacement OR refund. Highly disappointed in Zazzle.

The Post office lost my package and Zazzle sent me another order free of charge. And it got here just before Christmas! Thank you and all your employees who were fantastic.

The tumbler is great. The printing is subpar. Provided a 1 color CMYK vector file. Should have been crisp and solid. Print is dull, blurry and faded. A disappointment from the typical Zazzle quality.

This was a gift ornament that needed the rainbow wheel for sentimental reasons. I looked all over & finally found one on Zazzle. The fact that I could personalize it was awesome. The pewter snowflake gave it an extra sense of style.

This was the first time I was disappointed with my order. The text message is illegible and the photos appeared stretched on the latte mug.

It was the perfect Christmas gift for those loving the Great Sacandaga Lake; however, it was a bit smaller than I had imagined.

Keychain looked good in the preview online. When it came more of the image was cropped/not visible along the edge than was expected. The difference between the preview and reality was that you could not really tell what was in part of the picture. Disappointing to say the least.

The ornament that I ordered was easy to create, it came in a timely fashion, and the results were better than expected. My son and his fiancé LOVED it!
