Perfect the way I expected.

I can't describe the product quality because I still haven't received it. What's worse is that there are no contact numbers on any further information on my order beyond the date it was estimated to arrive. Not impressed at all and I will not be recommending anyone at this time.

When my order is eventually provided, when ever that is, I'll be able to make a pronouncement on that.

The ceramic ball is of great size and comes with a tie string for hanging. You get to pick what design you want on the back too.

This latte mug is everything I imagined and more. The recipient loved it & was thrilled to get it. It took a long journey around the country before it landed at more door but I totally understand & I'm trying not to be envious of a mug that has gotten to travel more in the last month than I have in the last 10!

Lovely image of Japanese Cranes across fields. Very eye-catching and nice color. Very nice Asian imagery. Mirror on both sides inside and with a lip, once can store small item inside. Optional ability to personalize - so added this gift with recipients initials. So many choices in font styles! She noticed the imagery and initials and was very pleased.

The coffee mug turned out great.

Searching floral section and knowing she loved peonies, I found this lovely art work with great colors and with space in upper right corner to insert her initials. On Christmas day, she was surprised, mentioned her love for peonies and very excited that it was customized with her initials. "This is going in my new purse I just got!!!" Inside - both sides are mirror and with the thin lip, very small items can be stored inside as well.

Printing turned out well with defined lines, colors and initials. Very pleased.

Even though the print was in gold it was easy to read and clear and went beautifully with the frame.

The Photo came out beautiful. Don't think I had any printing. This is my favorite type of ornament.

It was not received. Money returned. But with such a specialized field you can’t find EOD products. Please please please open your sight so I can order one! I need one!

I truly loved this product. I love the print and the personalization options I have. the 4 stars are only because the colors were a bit off, but maybe it's because it was printed on metal. I will definitely buy it again and actually waiting for it to be back in stock.

the colors were just a touch different from the original file I sent. the pink turned out a bit purple and the light blue a bit greenish.
