The cup is of good quality

The picture was stretched and looked all weirs. I had auto warping on.

They put a damaged product in the box and shipped it to us. Very obvious it was broken. Says it is made of pewter. But it feels as if it is plastic.

I haven't received the two items I ordered. Supposedly they shipped on 12/8/21, it is now 12/19/21. The tracking states it was in New Orleans (45 minutes from me) then went back to TN. Will it be here for Christmas? Who knows. Can't contact anyone with Zazzle, the phone message says call during business hours I did. Gives a message then hangs up on you, both numbers.

Don't know, haven't seen it yet. 10 days and counting.

I bought this on 11/29, it was originally scheduled to arrive on the 10th of December but was informed there was a delay and it would arrive on the 13th instead. It arrived as scheduled on the 13th. It was well packed and wasn't broken or damaged on the way. The cup is nice and tall and should be perfect for morning coffee.

The logo i had them print looks fantastic and the text is clear and flawless. I am very pleased with it and will definitely order more in the future.

Very nice, heavy duty quality keychain! I can't wait to give it to my cousin for Christmas. Was originally supposed to arrive no later than Dec. 13th, Arrived on Dec 15th, so not that late - but to answer the question above, it did arrive late. Funny thing - my order tracking says arrived early - which it did not. It arrived on time for our Christmas Gift Exchange which makes it all good.

Every year for the last 18 years I've been giving each of my grandchildren a Christmas ornament that represents the year that's ending. They always turn out beautiful!

The printing and coloring was exactly as I ordered. My only comment would be that when you are personalizing with a name or date or whatever, the print looks on the computer screen like it will be bigger than it actually is when you receive the ornament.

This design, picture and overall quality of this wallet is above and beyond expected. I searched all over to find a wallet specifically with Sandhill Cranes for my daughter who is a birder and has a special love for these birds. Beautiful artwork overall.

I will be giving this Thermal Tumbler as a Christmas Gift - so I have looked at it, but it has not yet been used. I have the same complaint about the design process that I frequently have with personalized photo items, with Zazzle and other vendors. I want to have the exact dimensions of the usable design space, both the size of the area that will definitely print AND the large size of the area that might print. The guaranteed printing space is much more important to me than the maybe printed space. I have written and asked for the size - in inches - of the customizable space several times and I never get an actual answer. The Tumbler is a physical object and my question is not irrelevant. I like to put together my design in Photoshop Elements and upload ONE finished photo. PLEASE provide this information

The printing is mostly very nice. My photo includes a pillow, which is cream and a mint green. On the Tumbler the mint green is weirdly fluorescent - this was not the case in the preview, but since all the other colors are fine, the flaw may be in my uploaded photo. Thus my own fault - SAD

I'm so happy with out this mug turned out! The image layout looks great and it's exactly what I was hoping for. Also - it was SO well packaged and wrapped there's no way it was going to get damaged in shipment!

Everything looks great, colors and images are really clear. if I had one single wish it's that i could've added a shadow or outline definition color to the text. It was hard to find a single color that end up blending into the images some. (tbf - I could have reordered my images, that might've helped). Even as is it's wonderful.

I love my tumbler. Not only does it keep my drinks cold all day, But I love design, I created, Zazzle put it on the tumbler and it looks fantastic!
