The tumbler was perfect, keeps your drinks hot/cold for a long time which is hard to come by. However within the first few times of using the product the lid broke. I am having a heck of a time trying to find a new lid that will fit this tumbler. I would recommend selling the lids on the site for situations like this.

Overall I like the tumbler. I wish the print was a little darker…but that is my only issue. Otherwise it’s good. The person I bought it for really likes it so that’s all that matters.

This is my third time purchasing the customizable mug, and each time I have received a quality product. I've given them as gifts and the recipients have loved them. Shipping is generally pretty fast, I received my previous purchases in the expected timeframe, however there was an issue with shipping this past Christmas so if you need around major holidays, plan ahead! I would definitely recommend this product.
