The printing is perfect.

The product was a little smaller than I expected but it felt very solid and good construction. It came in a nice box well secured and it was not damaged. It's a nice thoughtful gift for somebody that has lost a loved one , either pet or human.

Designed this for a niece who loves the Dallas Cowboys; all five family fans included. Then her daughter and her dad saw it and wanted one. We love it; images are clear and quality is top notch.

At the time I was looking to purchase small wallets for my Grandchildren going on vacation to Florida, I was unable to find a nice wallet for each child's current interest, and as always, I turned to zazzle! The customization was easy to use and ornament arrived as scheduled. The overall size and weight was a smaller scale than I visualized, however good quality overall including the printing. The packaging was gift-giving ready and loved by all 14 family members that received them!

The colors. The large selection of fonts and designs. The product came out great. Was easy to design. While it is a latte cup, this was for a child for a personalized root beer soda cup. She loved seeing her name on the cup and she can now not worry about her siblings wanting her cup, because her name is on it. All three of them love their cups and want to use them for everything. It was the best price I could find as well, for a non-photo, personalized cup with a text.

Fantastic! I am a professional graphic designer, so I created my own “Safire” design/graphic. Blue can be tricky to print as it easily can color shift — tinting to much toward cyan or too much toward magenta. But the image print true blue.

The designer matched exactly what I requested to the last detail. Very sturdy.

If I could provide less than 1 star I would. I purchased this product on December 12th and paid extra ($25) for the express shipping in hopes it would arrive before Christmas. It is now going into mid January and the product has not arrived. Moreover, I can’t get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. I will never be ordering from Zazzle ever again.

My son's girlfriend's parents took them on a trip -- and out of the blue, sent us a framed photo of the couple, taken in a field of lavender. I knew I wanted to send them something but couldn't figure out what. I was visiting my son and his girlfriend when I snapped this kind of silly shot -- which we all agreed looked like it should go on an ornament. Zazzle to the rescue! I went from having snapped the photo to having ordered it in a matter of minutes. It wasn't until a day or so later (when the ornament was ready for shipping) that I realized that I'd accidentally forgotten to change the shipping address after a previous order -- and the ornament was bound for my mom's place. I quickly ordered another one, this time paying close attention to the destination. It arrived very quickly, just in time for my son and his girlfriend to spend Christmas with her parents. They sent me a photo of the ornament on the tree -- apparently, the gift went over very well. My mom loves hers, too.
