If I could provide less than 1 star I would. I purchased this product on December 12th and paid extra ($25) for the express shipping in hopes it would arrive before Christmas. It is now going into mid January and the product has not arrived. Moreover, I can’t get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. I will never be ordering from Zazzle ever again.

I can’t rate the quality because the product still hasn’t arrived.

My son's girlfriend's parents took them on a trip -- and out of the blue, sent us a framed photo of the couple, taken in a field of lavender. I knew I wanted to send them something but couldn't figure out what. I was visiting my son and his girlfriend when I snapped this kind of silly shot -- which we all agreed looked like it should go on an ornament. Zazzle to the rescue! I went from having snapped the photo to having ordered it in a matter of minutes. It wasn't until a day or so later (when the ornament was ready for shipping) that I realized that I'd accidentally forgotten to change the shipping address after a previous order -- and the ornament was bound for my mom's place. I quickly ordered another one, this time paying close attention to the destination. It arrived very quickly, just in time for my son and his girlfriend to spend Christmas with her parents. They sent me a photo of the ornament on the tree -- apparently, the gift went over very well. My mom loves hers, too.

The product is very very nice, but shipping was slow. It looks beautiful hanging on the tree. It should have been in a storage box for safekeeping. We lost our little kitty, and now she is on our tree. thank you for doing a nice job.
