The product seems of decent quality

One of the two that I ordered was pretty close to centered the other was off by a lot.

I really love this ornament. I was looking for a photo ornament for my daughter's first Christmas and was really happy with how this one turned out.

Both the ornament itself and the printing were very high quality.

Apparently, the instructions for the inscription were not clear. I thought the "Geno 2014" would be below the photo-- not on top of my horse's face. Would have preferred no inscription to one obscuring the lovely face of my horse.

Colors, image quality, the rest of the product-- just what I hoped for. The inscription over the middle of my horse's face ruined it.

The ornament is of good quality and should last a lifetime! I ordered one for myself and for my in-laws with a picture of my daughter. Definitely a one-of-a kind gift!

Overall, I was pleased with the printing. It was not as crisp as a printed professional photo might be, but for what it is, it turned out nice. As good as could be expected.

Every year we purchase/make a new Christmas ornament for each family member. After two years of dating, my husband and I finally married. I searched the net for two weeks looking for a truly unique ornament that not only fit our personalities, but was customizable and wasn't something that you'd find on someone Else's tree! I kept running into the same designs-until Zazzle!!! Although the pewter snowflake is a hot choice this year, the design was totally up to me!! Through Zazzle, I was able to completely customize the entire design area with EASE! The design process was simple, there were no design tools or programs to download!!! I simply added our wedding photo, swapped fonts to pleasing ones that complimented our personalities and the elegance of the occasion, and we were able to customize the exact wording we wanted-Not just the empty "Just Married". We fell in love with it as soon as it arrived and we are so very impressed with the quality of our priceless ornament!! It's perfect in every way!!

My husband and I are very impressed with the print quality of our photo and design on the Pewter Snowflake. The image is crystal clear and the colors are exact(or as close as it can get considering every monitor varies in coloration) to the portrait we uploaded, the font flows smoothly WITHOUT the unattractive digital boxes found on low quality products and there's a nice shine to the finish product. We hung our ornament in the front of the tree and every guest who entered our home complimented our first ornament as husband and wife!!

High quality, beautiful. They were for my parents' anniversary and they loved them. I didn't quite catch that one of the mugs was shaped like a half moon. I would have preferred it not be, but that's ok.

This product is very well made. I didn't know what to expect by looking at the picture, but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It is metal and looks just like the picture. My grandson loved it.

This ornament took much longer to arrive than my confirmation email said it would. It ended up being smaller than I expected but that was probably an oversight on my part. Overall I was pleased with the product and like the material it is made out of.
