The product has a cute concept and is well made. The only problem is that the crescent mug holds less liquid, and this isn't reflected in the product information. My wife and I drink the same amount of hot cocoa, we need the same size mugs!

The mugs arrived faster than I thought. Our friends were touched to see we gave them a special personalized gift for their fiftieth wedding anniversary with a Christian cross and heart on the otherside.

The printing came out a little brighter than the image and nice and clear.

I was really excited when I got the product in the mail. I think it turned out very well and that made me ecstatic. I do have one complaint, which is the sizing of the wallet. It says in the description that the wallet is size medium and then in another section it says it is large. I was very confused by this and I didn't notice until I had already ordered the wallet. The wallet is slightly bigger than I would have liked, but it is still small enough that it can fit into my boyfriend (the receiver of the gift)'s pocket easily, which is what mattered most.

I was very happy with the printing. I don't have any complaints about that. I do think that I should have made the printing a bit larger for the size of the wallet, but that's something that I'll remember for the future.

I honestly wasn't sure what the quality would be like, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a pretty solid key chain. After use for a few weeks, it's held up well. There are minimal scratches on the silver parts and none on the printed areas. I think this is going to make the perfect gift for some of my friends. Although I do think I'd personalize it with an initial.

I was looking to replace a cracked case. Most cases have shiny finishes that show scratches. I love the matte finish and the photo filled the case nicely. Needed a little help from support on how to fill the photo but the result is good.
