This Christmas tree ornament is a fine quality product that rounds out a road trip assemble. We were unable to obtain an ornament at this destination and are pleased that Zazzle was able to help.

Poor quality on the monogram insert. Excessive amount of glue and jagged edge. Requested a return number and have yet to hear back.

I am very satisfied with the product. It's a key chain with a picture of a cabin we just purchased on it and it turned out exactly as I expected. The part I was most impressed with the customer service I received. I originally messed up when I designed the photo and background on the key chain and the people who were putting it together canceled my order so that I would not get a substandard product. They instructed me on how to change it so it would look the way they knew I'd want it. I am SO thankful they wouldn't allow me to get what I ordered originally.

The printing is perfect! When my husband saw it he was surprised I was able to get a picture of our cabin on it. I love the key chain and I'm excited to give it to our family members this Christmas with a key to our new cabin.

Super cute! Arrived on time, custom picture came out perfect. I just wished the ornament was a tad bit bigger, and the pewter finish was a little less pewter, and more of a silver finish.
